The Yellow Bus and Childcare Facilities

The big yellow school bus only services child care facilities within the Shiloh Point district lines.  There may be facilities that we do not have a working relationship with yet so please inquire before proceeding.  Fax forms to 678-965-5011.

Primrose - Steeplechase: 5745 Steeplechase 

Prior to riding the yellow bus to a daycare facility please complete a Bus Stop Change Request Form for Childcare Reasons, allow 3 days to process this request.  This form is also used for child care within someone's home.

Childcare Facility Trans Request

If you are using a childcare facility that is outside fo the Shiloh Point attendance lines you do not need to contact transportation for paperwork.  Those arrangements need to take place between you and your child's teacher.
