Forsyth County Schools’ special education programs are founded upon the belief that all children are capable of learning and being successful in school experiences which are designed to develop academic, social, emotional, behavioral, and independence skills for active participation in their community. Our special education program at Shiloh Point Elementary serves the needs of students who qualify for any services specified under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act—IDEA. Programs are designed to meet students’ specific needs enabling them to succeed in an academic environment.
