SPE - Attendance Email

If your child will be absent from school, please email the school at  SPEAttendance@forsythk12org.onmicrosoft.com with the following information:

• Your child’s full name

• Grade and teacher’s name

• Date(s) of absence

• Reason for the absence

• A photo or scanned copy of the doctor’s note (if applicable)

Submitting absences this way helps us ensure that all notes are received and documented promptly. If you have any questions, feel free to call the front office.
